Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JustPrint. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team here. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication. Once you have received our confirmation, securely package the item and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
